What's new

MEGATON 1.6.1 — Vehicle Handling

  • New handling modes for every vehicle (tank, howitzer, TEL truck, bomber): Easy (strong acceleration, quick steering, self-levelling wings, hard brakes, forgiving landings), Normal (the mod's own physics, unchanged) and Realistic (heavy machines: slow to speed up, wide turns that scrub speed, soft brakes, longer takeoff runs and hard landings break the bomber).
  • New Handling screen: press H (rebindable) to pick your mode; the current mode is shown in the vehicle HUD. Each driver picks their own mode.
  • Servers can turn the modes off in the common config (everyone then uses Normal).
