Continued improvements and bug-fixes for bulk compression
- Bulk cells now store an extra "unit factor" for the item they store as a safeguard against a compression chain changing at any point between the smallest unit and item stored/partitioned onto the cell
- Shortlisted recipes are now sorted based on the number of different items in any tag-based ingredients — may fix some oddly-generated compression chains with certain mods adding their own versions of common materials
- Fixed bulk cells with compression cards not accepting items without a compression chain
- Added "mod loaded" condition to Applied Mekanistics integration recipes to prevent log spam when AppMek isn't present
