What's new

MediaFrames 1.0.1

Minecraft 1.21.1, NeoForge 21.1.x, Java 21. Required on server and clients.

  • Fixed short and looping videos getting stuck on "Buffering…" / "Loading 0 %". The server keeps counting time past the end of a short video, and clients kept seeking to that position after every loop, restarting the decoder about once per second. Clients now map the server position onto the media (modulo its duration when "Loop media" is on), only resync on a real drift, and players joining late start inside the loop. Without looping, a finished video now stays on its last frame instead of loading forever.
  • No world, config or network format change. Update both server and clients.

Compatible with MediaFrames: Create Compat 1.0.0 (unchanged).
