Allows dispensers to place, break, and plant blocks.
Vanilla friendly means you can use this on a server, without requiring the client (player) to have the mod installed. but it also works in single-player too
To break a block, insert any valid tool, and as long as the block it's trying to break isn't blacklisted it should work fine.
To strip a block put Sharpness on the axe.
Enchants applied to tools work as expected.
To blacklist blocks, you can either edit the config.yml file or use /md blacklist (type) (add/remove) (block)
The same goes for whitelisting plantable blocks, after editing placable/plantable blocks a mod reload is required (/md config reload)

to break a block insert the block's primary tool in the dispenser and watch the magic happen
(e.g: wood > axe, stone > pickaxe)
the dispenser will strip logs if the axe has sharpness on it
unbreaking, fortune & silk touch enchantments work, however, XP will not be dropped from blocks
Will now plant seeds, just place the dispenser on the same layer as the farmland and point it towards it. (As of version 2.1)
also, there are config files to blacklist certain blocks from being placed/broken, as well as adding additional crops for modding support.
