Has no use by itself, but does add working Void miners that produce void matterstone. And their power consumption is configurable using a Gamemode command.
Mattersone, the miners, and components added by the mod are compatible with Crafttweaker and are meant to integrated into gameplay that way.
The command:
/gamerule voidminerCostBase
[value has to be < 0 otherwise reset to 1]
The base rate is 20, 40, 80, 160, RF per block tick.
