- Traduction in english, french, chinese and russian are added for the quests too.

### Changes :
- You will be able to get golden_claw_fragment more often in draugr_crypt_common chest loot_table (+~5%)
- You will be able to get golden_claw_fragment in draugr_crypt_rare chest loot_table (40%)

### Bug fixes :
- DraugrAltarBlock ticker is now fixed and shouldn't crash anymore along with syntra connector.
- TickScheduler shouldn't crash the game anymore.
- Hitbox will not scale with the random model scaling anymore
