- fixed #3: Replace ExposedInvHandler with a slot-ordered ExposedSnapshot that is updated with exact deltas from NetworkStorage insert/extract (mixin) and resynced once per tick (ExposedTicker). It will also notify consumers via capability invalidation when mounted storages change (e.g. Tom's Storage)
