What's new

Changelog:

 - Fix RS grid desync and disk data loss on save
    - Fix grids randomly showing missing/wrong/empty items until reopened:
  open grids are now resynced whenever the network rebuilds its item list,
  instead of being silently left with a stale view (upstream RS #3693)
   - Fix disks and storage randomly wiping to 0/0 after a restart: RS saved
  data is now written atomically with retry on failure, instead of deleting
  the real file before an unreliable rename (upstream RS #3740, #3714,
  likely #3685)
   - New config toggles: enableGridResync, enableSafeDataSaving (default on)
