    Complete Dynamic Trees compatibility: recognize and correctly rebuild all
    tree structures (rooty soil, roots, surface roots, trunks, thick-trunk
    shells, branches, leaves, fruit/pods), including trees clipped at blast
    edges and subnetworks severed from their roots.

    Suppress duplicate drops, debris, and felling effects during heals; gate all
    optional-mod code behind global load flags so the mod runs with any
    combination of DT installed or absent.

    Debug logging is now a config value.
