第一章总则

第1条本协议是您与作者“放弃思考の乔孙”之间关于使用MCS2、MCS2K系列资源包的法律协议。

第2条协议追溯力：本协议适用于所有持续公开运营的服务器。对于在本协议生效前已开始运营的服务器，

若在生效后继续运营，则视为自动接受本协议最新版本的约束。

修改权归作者所有；

修改后的协议将于官方页面发布后立即生效，您继续使用本资源包的行为即视为接受更新后的协议。”

第二章定义

第5条个人使用：玩家在单人模式或私人局域网或朋友间游玩性质的服务器中加载资源，不涉及任何盈利行为。

第6条非商业服务器（“公益服”）：指向公众开放、完全免费、且不存在任何直接或间接盈利行为的服务器。

服务器不得向玩家收取任何费用，或提供任何形式的付费服务（包括但不限于购买特权、道具、积分等），

以确保绝对的公平性。

第7条商业服务器：存在任何形式直接或间接盈利行为的服务器。判断标准包括但不限于：

峰值在线人数、收取入服费、出售VIP/礼包、广告营收、赞助、积分抽奖等。

第8条现行支持版本：指作者在协议生效后发布的、提供持续技术支持和安全更新的资源包版本

（MCS2 v1.0.5+; MCS2K v1.0.0+）。

第9条终止支持版本：指所有历史版本（如MCS2 v1.0.4及以下）。作者不对其提供任何保障。

第三章授权范围

第10条个人与局域网使用

MCS2 与 MCS2K_free 的现行支持版本可自由使用，无需备案。无需提前告知。
我鼓励您在视频或展示中署名作者，并对此行为表示非常感谢。

第11条非商业服务器

可使用 MCS2 与 MCS2K_free 的现行支持版本。需要提前告知作者并被允许。并进行备案处理（
告知作者服务器名，资源用途，服主或具有同等管理效力人员名称）
必须署名：在服务器介绍、或论坛帖子、或资源下载页、或服务器游戏世界内的显著位置注明：
“本服务器使用了由放弃思考の乔孙创作的 MCS2 / MCS2K 资源包。” 并附上官方页面链接。
作者保留拒绝向任何非商业服务器授予使用许可的权利，且无需提供理由。

第12条商业服务器

必须获得授权并支付授权费后，方可使用现行支持版本资源文件进行盈利行为。
分级标准与费用：
T1级 (入门型)：峰值在线 ≤ 20 人 → 年费￥288 (或月费￥29)
T2级 (标准型)：峰值在线 21 - 80 人 → 年费￥587 (或月费￥59)
T3级 (大型)：峰值在线 > 80 人 → 请联系作者单独议价
授权权益：允许在不违反其他冲突条款的前提下使用现行支持版本资源文件进行盈利行为。
通用义务：必须遵守署名要求（同第11条）。

第13条付费内容 (MCS2K_early_access)

仅限通过爱发电等官方渠道支持的赞助者个人使用。
严禁以任何形式进行包括但不限于包括赞助者本人在内的二次分发、转卖、出租，或在任何服务器
（包括商业和非商业）中公开部署等行为。

第14条历史版本使用声明

您可以选择继续使用终止支持版本（即协议前历史版本），但需知悉：
(a) 作者不提供任何安全更新、漏洞修复和兼容性保障。
(b) 因使用终止支持版本导致的任何服务器安全问题、游戏崩溃或数据损失，由使用方自行承担全部风险。
(c) 其运营行为仍须遵守本协议的所有其他条款。

第四章禁止条款

第15条禁止任何形式的解密、反编译、反向工程、修改等破坏性解包行为。

第16条禁止二次分发、整合打包或独立发布资源包文件。

第17条禁止删除、遮盖或替换原作者署名信息。

第18条禁止伪称与作者存在“官方合作”、“认证”、“作者正版授权”等误导性关系。

第19条禁止将基于本资源包的任何修改版、衍生作品作为独立于原资源包的文件进行发布或使用。

任何修改都必须以原资源包为前置依赖，且无法单独运行。

第五章官方定制服务

第20条如果您有定制皮肤、模型等深度需求，可联系作者洽谈“官方定制服务”。该服务将由作者亲自完成，

确保质量与兼容性，并受单独协议约束。

第六章责任与授权终止

第21条作者保留因对方违反本协议而随时单方面撤销授权的权利。

第22条对于因违规使用造成的任何法律纠纷或损失，由违规方自行承担全部责任。

附录一：重要声明

既往不咎：本协议生效前已发生的使用行为，作者不予追溯。
持续运营即同意：协议生效后，任何服务器的持续运营行为即视为接受本协议。
推荐使用现行版本：为获得最佳体验与安全保障，强烈推荐所有用户升级至现行支持版本。

Chapter 1: General Provisions

Clause 1 This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and the author

"John_sun /Qiao_sun/Tmhgutsun" concerning the use of the MCS2 and MCS2K series resource packs.

Clause 2 Retroactivity: This Agreement applies to all servers that are continuously and publicly operational.

For servers that commenced operation before the effective date of this Agreement, continued operation after

the effective date shall be deemed as automatic acceptance of the latest version of this Agreement.

Clause 3 The author reserves all rights. This Agreement grants you only a non-exclusive, non-transferable,

revocable license to use. The author retains the final right to interpret and modify this Agreement;

the modified agreement will take effect immediately upon publication on the official page,

and your continued use of the resource pack shall be deemed as acceptance of the updated agreement.

Chapter 2: Definitions

Clause 4 Personal Use: A player loads the resources in single-player mode, a private LAN,

or a server for friends' entertainment, without any profit-making behavior.

Clause 5 Non-Commercial Server ("Public Welfare Server"): Refers to a server that is open to the public,

completely free, and involves no direct or indirect profit-making activities. The server must not charge player's

any fees or offer any form of paid service (including but not limited to purchasing privileges, items, points, etc.)

to ensure absolute fairness.

Clause 6 Commercial Server: A server that engages in any form of direct or indirect profit-making activity.

Criteria include but are not limited to: peak online players, charging entry fees, selling VIP/member packs,

advertising revenue, sponsorships, point-based lotteries, etc.

Clause 7 Currently Supported Version: Refers to the resource pack versions released by the author after the

effective date of this Agreement, for which continuous technical support and security updates are provided

(MCS2 v1.0.5+; MCS2K v1.0.0+).

Clause 8 End-of-Support Version: Refers to all historical versions (e.g. MCS2 v1.0.4 and below).

The author provides no guarantees for these versions.

Chapter 3: Scope of License

Clause 9 Personal and LAN Use

The Currently Supported Versions of MCS2 and MCS2K_free may be used freely without registration or
prior notice.
You are encouraged to credit the author in videos or showcases,
and such actions are greatly appreciated.
Clause 10 Non-Commercial Servers
May use the Currently Supported Versions of MCS2 and MCS2K_free. Must obtain prior permission from
the author and register (providing the server name, intended use of resources,
and the name of the server owner or equivalent administrator).
The author reserves the right to deny the grant of a use license to any Non-Commercial Server without
providing a reason.
Attribution Required: Must be clearly displayed on the server introduction, forum post,
resource download page, or a conspicuous location within the server's game world:
"This server uses the MCS2 / MCS2K resource pack created by John_sun/Qiao_sun/Tmhgutsun."
and include a link to the official page.
Clause 11 Commercial Servers
Must obtain authorization and pay the license fee before using the Currently Supported Version
resource files for profit-making activities.
Tier Criteria & Fees:
Tier 1 (Starter): Peak Online ≤ 20 → Annual Fee: ¥288 (or Monthly: ¥29)
Tier 2 (Standard): Peak Online 21 - 80 → Annual Fee: ¥587 (or Monthly: ¥59)
Tier 3 (Large): Peak Online > 80 → Please contact the author for individual quotation.
License Benefits: Permitted to use the Currently Supported Version resource files for profit-making
activities, provided no other conflicting clauses are violated.
General Obligation: Must comply with the attribution requirements (same as Clause 10).
Clause 12 Paid Content (MCS2K_early_access)
For personal use only by sponsors who have supported via official channels such as Afdian.
Strictly prohibited from any form of secondary distribution, resale, rental, or public deployment on any
server (including commercial and non-commercial).
Clause 13 Historical Version Use Statement
You may choose to continue using End-of-Support Versions (i.e., pre-Agreement historical versions),
but you must acknowledge that:
(a) The author provides no security updates, bug fixes, or compatibility guarantees.
(b) You bear all risks for any server security issues, game crashes, or data loss caused by using
End-of-Support Versions.
(c) Their operational conduct must still comply with all other terms of this Agreement.

Chapter 4: Restrictions

Clause 14 Any form of decryption, decompilation, reverse engineering, modification, or other destructive

unpacking behavior is prohibited.

Clause 15 Secondary distribution, integration into modpacks, or independent publication of resource pack files

is prohibited.

Clause 16 Deleting, obscuring, or replacing the original author's attribution information is prohibited.

Clause 17 Falsely claiming an "official collaboration," "certification," "official author license,"

or other misleading relationship with the author is prohibited.

Clause 18 Publishing or using any modified or derivative work based on this resource pack as a

file independent of the original resource pack is prohibited. Any modifications must require the

original resource pack as a prerequisite dependency and cannot function alone.

Chapter 5: Official Customization Services

Clause 19 If you have deep customization needs such as skins or models, you may contact the author to

negotiate "Official Customization Services." This service will be completed by the author personally to

ensure quality and compatibility and is subject to a separate agreement.

Chapter 6: Liability and License Termination

Clause 20 The author reserves the right to unilaterally revoke the license at any time due to your violation of

this Agreement.

Clause 21 You shall be solely responsible for any legal disputes or losses arising from violated use.

Appendix I: Important Declarations

No Retroactive Enforcement: The author will not pursue uses that occurred before the effective date of this Agreement.
Continued Operation Implies Consent: The continued operation of any server after the effective date of the Agreement shall be deemed acceptance of this Agreement.
Recommend Using Current Version: It is strongly recommended that all users upgrade to the Currently Supported Version for the best experience and security.
