- Add version of Jumppad which boosts forward
- Add Megahealth pickup

- Increase max health to 200 in arena mode, start with 100

- Player's position, inventory, XP etc are saved before joining an arena, and restored when leaving the arena.

- Kill players for real in arena mode, don't just teleport and reset them
- Add end portal effect on Portal
- Fix announcer medals not showing up anymore
- Fix various corner cases when joining/leaving arena mode
