Finally fixed the fecking issue causing  Lockup/Server timeout

 

The issue was: LevelBasedGraph doesn't parallelise well

 

TODO: Parallelise LevelBasedGraph properly

 

Also retyped RegionSectionCache because it apparently caused issues
