Code Fixes:
-mcheli now relies on mob griefing command
-reflection case for nuclear and chem yield weaponry making NTM optional
-much further rendering for mch models using angelica

-added custom items (soon oredict but that looks like pain)
-chunk loader logic more refined
-fixed a bug with the default abrams not having a muzzle flash
-fixed ka-50/ka-52 ejection seat not working
-cleaned up mod
-made the mod just print a warning when there's an invalid recipe as opposed to just crashing the game making Xenofactions/HFR optional (NOT RECOMMENDED BECAUSE YOU WON'T HAVE RECIPES!)
-RWR, APS, and Chaff TBA into txt, only placeholder for now
-removed a set dead call for bullets in EventHook (caused issues with chunk loading)
-parity with MCH-R branch
-particles should render from much further away
-changed how lock on works
-cleaned up some logging, added some logging
-gave fire key a config option
-added a config option for auto regen
-gave ships, planes, and helis collision making mid air ramming and ship ramming possible
-ships take damage on land

-increased maximum speed limit for vehicles *can be problematic with turning speed being slightly faster sometimes
-added a sneaky unfixable trinket called submarines abusing janky VTOL mechanics *no recipe for obvious reasons
-looked at new drone code and cried *unused
