Big Mac: which when eaten fills up all your hunger slots
Patty: that does nothing
Mcdonalds: if you find it you can get a free big mac
Mcdonalds worker: kill it to get a free big mac
This mod basically adds nothing to gameplay, it only adds a big mac that you can eat.
