What's new

[0.4.0] — September 5th, 2026 — New Deeds & Villager Opinions

Added

  • Added new automatic reputation events for:

    • Rescuing villagers
    • Curing zombie villagers
    • Repelling raids
    • Killing players inside villages, disabled by default

  • Added per-villager opinions, so individual villagers can view players differently based on what they personally witnessed or heard about.

  • Added optional scoreboard reputation display and tab-list reputation tiers.

  • Added /mcareputation export, /mcareputation top, and community decay controls for server administrators.

  • Added new datapack support for checking reputation standing and triggering advancements when reputation tiers are reached.

Changed

  • Network protocol increased to 3. Clients and servers must both use 0.4.0.

Compatibility

  • Existing 0.3.0 save data remains compatible and requires no migration.
