MCA Bewitchment Compat 1.0.3 (1.20.1)
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
MCA Bewitchment Compat 1.0.3
- Added full Peaceful difficulty support.
- MCA villagers can no longer transform into Werewolves or Vampires while the world is set to Peaceful.
- Already transformed MCA villagers are automatically restored to their original MCA villager form when switching to Peaceful.
- Peaceful restoration preserves the villager's UUID, inventory, family, relationships, MCA data, and supernatural nature.
- Supernatural villagers remain marked internally as Werewolves or Vampires while in Peaceful, allowing normal transformations to resume after switching back to Easy, Normal, or Hard.
- If the difficulty is changed back while it is still night, supernatural villagers can transform again normally.
- Fixed an issue where transformed MCA villagers could receive extremely negative relationship values after death due to an integer overflow.
- Reworked transformed-villager death handling to use safe finite damage while still allowing MCA Reborn to process its normal death, tombstone, family, and resurrection logic.
- Added automatic recovery for worlds affected by the old relationship overflow bug from version 1.0.2.
- Recovery only targets the specific extreme overflow values caused by the bug and does not modify legitimate negative relationship values from MCA Reborn.
- Existing affected villagers can be repaired after loading or resurrection, including supernatural villagers whose saved MCA data was already affected.
- Added compatibility with MCA Reborn 7.7.1-beta.1 while retaining support for 7.7.1-alpha.2 and newer compatible versions.
