Fixes for the double chat or command prompting key (two slashes or an extra t when opening the chatbar). Only really affects linux and sometimes MacOS

Provides a cleaner fix for https://bugs.mojang.com/browse/MC/issues/MC-122477

Hooks in with a mixin tracking keypresses around the chatbar open even and intercepts the extra action

Made as https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/mc122477fix does have 1.20.1 Forge, and no fix is available for the rare times it affects Neoforge 1.21.1
