Changelog

-Did some code revisions, making it more compatible with other mods

-Added a config with a "minimum" mode, which always gives the minimum level. Turned off by default.

-Added a "decapitation" mode (off by default), which prevents the max level from being chosen, but allows all others. Off by default.
