A lightweight and seamless add-on for the Cobblemon and Cobblemon Academy mods that introduces mystery boxes to the starter selection screen.

Instead of choosing a specific Pokémon, players can test their luck with three different random draws!

✨ Features

Three Mystery Pools:
- 🟢 Classic Draw: A random draw from the starters.
- 🟡 Balanced Draw: Any base-stage Pokémon. Legendaries, Mythicals, Ultra Beasts, and Paradoxes are strictly excluded.
- 🔴 Chaos Draw: Absolute randomness. Any base-stage Pokémon currently implemented in Cobblemon (Specials included!).
Smart Config Merge: The mod safely injects its custom categories into the starters.json config file without overwriting custom starters added by server owners.
Instant Swap Technology: Uses a clever "Ditto UI bypass" to render the mystery boxes in the Academy UI, instantly swapping the placeholder with the actual rolled Pokémon server-side within the exact same tick.
Bilingual: Native support for English (en_us) and French (fr_fr).
Auto-Configuration: Automatically tweaks Cobblemon's main configuration to ensure UI compatibility.

⚙️ Setup & Installation (Important!)

For the original starter regions (Kanto, Johto, etc.) to display properly in the UI alongside your new Mystery Boxes, Cobblemon's exportStarterConfig setting must be enabled.

You can do this in two ways:

Option A: The Automatic Way (Recommended)

1. Launch your game/server once with the mod installed.
2. The mod will automatically detect and change the required setting in Cobblemon's configuration.
3. Close and restart the game a second time for the changes to fully apply and the UI to load properly.

Option B: The Manual Way

1. Before launching the game, open config/cobblemon/main.json in a text editor.
2. Find the line: "exportStarterConfig": false
3. Change it to: "exportStarterConfig": true
4. Save the file and launch your game.
