Adds a fully fledged stamina system similar to Breath of the Wild into Minecraft!

Matthe815's Stamina

The stamina system was a popular part of Matthew's Difficulty Mod, because of this, I've decided to make a standalone version!
This is similar to said system, but overhauled to be more customizable and more interactable!

This system is presently in an early state, but it functions as you'd expect.

Running decreases your stamina gradually, and not running recharges it.
Running out of stamina will halt your sprint!

The maximum stamina is affected by your total hunger, with a system to increase the cap in the future.
Please leave any and all suggestions for the system in the comments or on the Discord!

The UI is experimental and subject to change.
