Matrinoxe's Village Names

This quality of life mod gives villages names and gives you a prompt of the village name each time you enter it.

When a player renders a village chunk, this mod will take the coordinates of the chunk and note it down. It will then generate a random name for the village which will be related to the biome that it is located in. As you generate more of the village chunks, it will merge them together within the code.

As you enter a village for the first time, it will pop up on the screen with the name of the village. Every time you enter the village afterwards, it will show at the bottom of the screen above the hotbar as to not be annoying.

This is a server based mods and will work on both Minecraft servers and clients alike.

I will be working on improving this mod over time and adding more features. Features that I am working on are as follows:

• Villages automatically appearing on maps as they are found
• A satisfying sound effect is played as you enter for the first time
