MasuPlots 0.8.2

Server-side fixes. Clients on 0.8.0 or 0.8.1 can stay as they are: the network protocol, packets and registries are unchanged.

Fixed

• Repossession and reset no longer crash on Supplementaries book piles (0.8.1). Upright and horizontal book piles move their books into the owner's plot vault and then disappear, because the block cannot exist empty. Book NBT is kept, and waterlogged piles leave their water behind.
• Items already captured into the vault are kept even if a later container in the same plot throws.
• A failed payment no longer loses money when it is rolled back. When a payment drawn from several sources failed partway, coins that the wallet or the VH inventory could not take back were lost. Every rollback remainder now goes through the normal refund chain: wallet, then VH inventory, then a plot-vault IOU the player can claim.

Changed

• Requires Forge 40.2.28 or newer on 1.18.2, the version that added two ResourceLocation methods MasuPlots uses. On older Forge it now shows Forge's normal "requires" message instead of crashing at startup.
• Replaced deprecated API calls throughout. No behaviour change.
