Note to CurseForge review staff

This mod contains included+relocated database drivers, and will probably be flagged by the system as a result. Relocating is a best practice when including regular Java deps that prevents a mod's packages from colliding with another mods'. • Added a utility command to view other players' backpacks
• Backpacks are now created automatically when a player joins
