Note to CurseForge review staff

In the past I've had mods/plugins flagged for included+relocated dependencies. Relocating is a best practice when including regular Java deps that prevents a mod's packages from colliding with another mods'. This is my initial upload for this project, and as such has been flagged as an alpha release. Still need to wire up database interactions to the existing storage interfaces and test those thoroughly. Configs and in-game commands are behaving as expected.
