Minecraft 1.21.1 / NeoForge support.

A full port from Forge 1.20.1. Entity data syncing, rendering, spawn registration, world save data and the data pack layout were all rewritten for the 1.21 API. Gameplay is unchanged.

The 1.20.1 (Forge) file is still available and is not affected by this update.
