Marionetika

A Forge mod for Minecraft 1.20.1 that introduces mob possession and puppetry mechanics.

Marionetika allows players to bind entities and control them directly using the Puppeteer's Cross. Features include:

- Crafting the Puppeteer's Cross item to bind nearby creatures.
- Transferring consciousness into bound mobs with full movement and attack control.
- Autopilot mode allowing the player's physical body to follow while in avatar mode.
- Direct commands for bound entities (sitting, waiting, following).
- Visual soul thread indicators connecting the controller to the puppet.
- Clean client-server synchronization with multiplayer support.

Installation

1. Make sure you have installed Minecraft Forge for 1.20.1 (recommended version 47.3.0 or newer).
2. Place the downloaded `.jar` file into your `.minecraft/mods` folder.
3. The mod is required on both the client and server for multiplayer.
