Adjusted Question Mark Block generation in ATG style worlds
The recipe for the Beanstalk will now accept most seeds from the Ore Dictionary
Modified way items drop from Koopas and Goombas
- Same drop rate as before for players
- FakePlayers or other things that kill them are now a 1 in 1000 chance on top of normal drop rates.
- This change was made to prevent farming coins via mob farms
