manaessencebridge-1.20.1.3.jar
Curse Maven Snippet
What's new
Important fix
- The Prudentium Mana Catalyst recipe could fail to load. Botania for 1.20.1 expects every Petal Apothecary recipe to name a reagent - the item thrown in last - and this recipe didn't have one. Depending on the Botania build, the game silently dropped the recipe, which left tier 2 uncraftable and, since each catalyst is made from the previous one, tiers 3 to 5 as well. The recipe now declares the reagent explicitly: throw in the ingredients, then finish with wheat seeds, like any other apothecary recipe. Thanks to border999 for the report.
Added
- Jade and The One Probe support. Look at an upgraded pool to see its tier, exchange rate, stored mana and lifetime throughput right in the overlay. With neither mod installed, the built-in on-screen readout stays as before; with either one, it steps aside so nothing is shown twice.
- Pools pull from chests. An upgraded pool now takes essence out of any container touching it - chest, barrel, drawer, pipe buffer - once a second, no hopper needed. Only tiers the pool can handle are taken, and it stops when the pool is full, so nothing is lost. Two new config options:
pullFromContainers(on by default) andpullIntervalTicks. - Throughput counter. Every pool now counts how much mana has passed through it in both directions, shown in the readout and in Jade/TOP. The count travels with the pool when you mine it and place it elsewhere.
- Four new advancements: 100,000, 1,000,000 and 10,000,000 mana through a single pool, and one for bringing a pool all the way to tier 5. Mana moved by automation counts for the player who applied the first catalyst - even if they were offline at the time, the advancement arrives the next time they visit the pool.
Fixed
- Mining an upgraded pool now wears down the pickaxe, like any other block.
- A progression gate is now treated as closed, not open, when the player's advancements can't be read.
- Very large
manaPerInferiumvalues no longer overflow the buy-back price into a negative number. - Catalysts for locked tiers stay hidden in JEI after a resource reload (F3+T).
- The on-screen readout no longer shows pool tiers from the previous world or server.
- The JEI tab now shows the essence as a result too, so it can be found with "show recipe" (R), not only "show uses" (U).
- Essence inserted by hoppers and pipes now produces the conversion particles, instead of happening silently.
Notes
- Update both client and server. The network format changed; a mismatched pair will now refuse to connect with a clear version message instead of failing mid-game.
- Existing worlds are safe: upgraded pools keep their tiers, and their throughput counter starts from zero.
