-Renamed earth gem to earth_mna.  This breaks all existing earth gems from this mod in existing worlds.  Good news ... you can still use them for gem dust.  This was done because it was overwriting the earth gem textures from stock Apotheosis.

-Removed config file generation and cleaned up code a bit.
