- Added a config option to control the maximum length of the Malignant Stronghold Scarf
- Added two new Blight Plants
- Condensed the two Blighted Blocks into one

- Fixed the Repair Pylon not accepting recipes
- Fixed Soul Ward not being visible
- Fixed Weeping Well Blocks being movable via Rite of Gravity
- Fixed Weeping Well not accepting items in some cases
- Hopefully Fixed Weeping Well not displaying particle previews for items that can be transmutated
- Fixed Spirit Rite Pages displaying the wrong name and hover info
- Fixed some Hat Layer Clipping with the Soul Hunter Cloak
