Welcome to the fan-made SCP-1471 (MalO) Recreation!
This project is a fan-driven effort to remake the original MalO mod, concentrating on fixing, refining, and making it the best it can be. If you enjoy the idea of having SCP-1471 with you in Minecraft, this is the ultimate way to experience it!

# 📱 What's this mod about?
Ever had that feeling of being observed? This mod introduces the well-known SCP-1471 entity (MalO) into your Minecraft game. By using an in-game smartphone, MalO starts appearing around you. Initially, it might just observe from afar... but eventually, you'll be able to befriend it!

# ✨ What's new & improved
In this ultimate fan-made version, we've totally revamped MalO's inner workings to create the perfect loyal friend:
- The Top Guardian: Once tamed, MalO now has incredible toughness (120 HP, Diamond-grade armor) and naturally regains health. It will fight hard to keep you safe from any danger!
- Smarter Defenses: MalO's AI has been completely rebuilt. It actively watches for threats targeting you, immediately shifting its focus to defend you, and regular Minecraft mobs (like Creepers, Skeletons, and Endermen) will actually flee in terror upon seeing MalO.
- Observing Habits: MalO will gaze at players and other creatures, maintaining that unsettling yet reassuring presence.

Please note: This is an unofficial fan-made remake inspired by an older SCP-1471 mod. It features bug fixes, improved gameplay, and rebalanced mechanics, though a few original elements were removed. ## 👥 About This Project

This is a collaborative fan project developed by a small group of friends. The mod's gameplay changes, bug fixes, improvements, and overall development are the result of our team's work.

My role is to manage the CurseForge project, write and maintain the project page, and publish new releases so the community can easily access future updates.

While I'm part of the team, my main experience is in Roblox development, including Roblox Studio and scripting, rather than Minecraft mod development.
