Adds endgame creative mod flight to the game

REQUIRES CURIOS

In order to gain access to flight you will need two things:

1: the flight ring in your mainhand, offhand or ring slot, which can be found in end cities

2: you must be under the effect of a max tier beacon (the max tier options must be selected)
