Added:
Recipe to create Iridium from Thermal Expension (from IC2 Iridium)
Recipe to make Platinum from Iridium and some IC2 Nuclear waste
Ethanol is now a BuildCraft combustion engine fluid
Biomass works in the combustion engine, but not that great
Some internal class names are now changed; so they are more clear which mods they affect... nothing noticeable for the player
This mod has no additional files
