MakeExcuse is a lightweight, pure client-side Minecraft utility mod designed to simulate an authentic, sudden network failure on demand. With a single keypress, your connection is forcefully terminated at the socket level, giving you the perfect, indisputable alibi.

1. Install the mod into your .minecraft/mods folder along with your preferred mod loader (Fabric, Forge, or NeoForge).
2. Join your favorite multiplayer world or server.
3. If you find yourself in danger, simply press the panic key (Default: U).
4. You will instantly be sent to the disconnect screen with an authentic network exception.
5. Hop on Discord and blame your internet service provider with full confidence!
