Mod version 1.0.2.

Changes:
1) When transferring to version 1.19.2, the textures disappeared at the traffic light No. 18 and the temporary sign No. 32, they returned.
2) At the blocks 1.3.1-1.3.2 | 1.4.1-1.4.6 | 5.21-5.22 | 5.27-5.28 | 5.30 | 5.31.1-6.1| 7.1-7.21| the scale was changed to a more real one.

It seems that this version of the mod has all the bugs fixed, so I'm starting to develop new blocks. In 2 weeks I will release a video and a new version of the mod 1.2.0.
