Fixed

• Lantern-Bearer: hands over the Lantern Page and the Illumination Stone only once per Portal and player (defensive fix; the cause of the doubled items was not found, so please report it if it still happens).
• Arcane Safe: plays open/close sound (requires Majestic Core 0.0.0-beta.29).
• Sky Island: waterfalls now flow instead of sitting static.
• Ashen Residue: the effect now has its own icon instead of the missing-texture square.
• Arcane Portal: the Construction Altar's inner frame now builds on both faces of the arch.
• Construction Altar: the frame stones no longer rise through the niche lintel; they rise a short way out of the arch and are centred on the altar.
• Spectral Constructo: now turns to face the nearest player within 10 blocks, and only plays its greeting the first time each player comes near.

Changed

• Requires Majestic Core 0.0.0-beta.29 (bookshelf rotation fix, illustrated inventory, receptacle polish).
• Arcane Portal: the Construction Altar niche now stands under an Arcane Arch. Portals already generated keep the old niche.
