Fixed

• The Vault Altar rendered as a magenta cube. The block and its texture were there, but no blockstate had ever been generated for it, so there was nothing to draw.
• Placing the Illumination Stone did nothing. The Vault piece places the altar as a plain block, so no block entity came with it and there was nowhere to store the stone. The altar now creates its own — which also saves regenerating the whole structure just to embed an id in one block's data.
• The Lantern-Bearer could appear inside the Portal's masonry. The Portal is a solid 41-block structure and the player is usually standing within it, so a fixed offset often landed in stone — which is why it looked wrong and never seemed to come close. It now looks for open air.
• Spanish players saw the sealed-structure warning in English. expedition_core shipped only English; it now has Spanish.
