Fixed completed or unsuccessful request lists being repeatedly dispatched between couriers and warehouse maids.
Recovered request lists with stale in-transit markers become editable again when returned to the original idle courier, preserving their request data and original delivery targets.
Completed lists can still be reused through the terminal by submitting a new order.
14 related regression tests passed. Update the extension on both client and server.
