Mahou Tsukai

- slightly change mystic eye "seeing calculation"
- bunch of config fixes
- clairvoyance is now slightly transparent
- reversion effects are now mostly mixins to be cleaner
- familiar should load chunks again (was disabled)
- butterfly effect fixes
- only the owner should be able to change their familiar's block to search for now
- rippers properly restore invis after a few seconds when smacking something
- changed mana/resource consumption of some things  when the thing fails (like scrying should no longer take name tags but still charges mana for example if it can't find the target)
- pop damage container on power consolidation in hopes that it fixes apoth incompatibility
