- increase cost of projection 100->1000
- decrease mana cost of clarent per damage 10 -> .02
- decrease clarent max cap 5,000,000 -> 500,000
- projected caliburns cannot be thrown in the lake or turned into morgan anymore. projected other stuff is fine to throw in the lake though
- fix bug where strengthening and likely other similar effects were not getting applied when creating caliburn
- added turkish translation, courtesy of @fakdi_system#7666(Discord)
