  • decrease mana cost of clarent per damage 10 -> .02
  • decrease clarent max cap 5,000,000 -> 500,000
  • projected caliburns cannot be thrown in the lake or turned into morgan anymore. projected other stuff is fine to throw in the lake though
  • fix bug where strengthening and likely other similar effects were not getting applied when creating caliburn
