- added config to disable server chunk packets for power consolidation & fog projectors
- fix ripper invis cooldown so that it cant be subverted by right clicking
- projector orbit position should now revert to 0 if the orbit speed is 0 (may add an option to set a specific orbit value in the future)
- updated emrys texture
- updated boom staff model
- updated yeet staff model
- fix transparency issues on various things: gandr, emrys, replica (1.18+ only)
- hopefully fix weird artifacts on some weapons (edges were somewhat see through)? this may have unintended rendering side effects, we'll see
