- clarent now costs mana to store damage. default config is 10 mana per 1 damage
- added ability to use tags in alchemical exchange configs
- treasury projection now attempts to aim at the middle of an entity rather than its feet
- strengthening should now count down when things other than players hit stuff with the strengthened item
- rework blood circle placement mechanics to be more forgiving
