What's new

- added Morgan

- added Clarent

- added config for Damage Exchange to set a damage to reduce to - default is 0.5 (previously reduced to 0 damage) 

- fix durability configs for caliburn & mystic code FS & proximity projection

- added lang for magic circle blocks for compat with mods like WAILA and TOP

- fix book links incorrectly remaining hovered for some long book links

- mystic staff & spatial staff updated to support multiple players using it at once

- added particles for borrowed authority

- added text to book about Caliburn's new ability

- moved Caliburn to end of book with Morgan and Clarent

- added 6 advancements cause I apparently forgot they existed and were so easy to make
