Wheel of Mahoraga

Wheel of Mahoraga is a Minecraft Forge 1.20.1 mod about adaptation through exposure.

Instead of becoming stronger only through armor or weapons, the player evolves by surviving danger. Fire, poison, drowning, hunger, explosions, fall damage, melee, magic, and supported modded damage types can become part of the player’s adaptation memory. The more a threat is endured, the more the Wheel learns from it.

Adaptations progress through three stages:

Learning: the threat still harms you while the Wheel records exposure.
Immunity: the adapted damage type can no longer damage you.
Invalidation: the threat is fully mastered and sealed into long-term memory.
