Adds a potion effect that allows you to see through and inside lava clearly.

What's new
- Added the Magma Vision effect:
- The effect allows player to see though lava by making lava render translucent when they have the effect on them.
- THe effect darastically removes the lava fog when the player is submerged in lava
- The potion is created by adding magma cream to a night vision potion.
