Added the Magma Monster Grunt a smaller cobblestone version of the obsidian monster.

The Grunt will only shoot 1 fireball and by default is weaker - drops magma cream when molten and cobble when not.

Changed spawning rules so the mobs now spawn IN lava but it has to be at least 2 blocks deep (sorry will change at some point).
