All new Magma Monster Texture.
Added Config Options for Health, Attack Damage and Potion Effect Duration.
Magma Monster now changes depending if it is in lava or water. It also changes its ability depending on what it is.
Lava Skin = Fire Ball attack, set blocks on fire
Obsidian Skin = Slowness Attack, +10 Armor
