Magical Mobs from the myths

Harpy
If it is bright out there, keep your eyes in the sky. Harpies are hostile creatures inspired by the winged monsters of Greek mythology, most commonly found in forests and high-altitude areas in the daytime. They are especially dangerous at close range, where a Harpy can grab a player, carry them high into the air, and drop them from above. Fortunately, they have an instinctive fear of Iron Golems and will flee rather than approach them. Defeating a Harpy rewards players with Feathers and Flint(probably from its sharp beak), making these creatures a surprisingly useful source of materials for crafting arrows during the early game.

Gargoyle
What appears to be nothing more than an ancient stone ornament by day... may become something far more dangerous after sunset. Found in rocky regions, Gargoyles are hostile creatures said to have been constructed through a combination of Geomancer magic and Redstone engineering. Under the sunlight, a Gargoyle shuts down and becomes a motionless statue, completely immune to damage. When it is dark, however, its hidden mechanisms awaken, and it begins roaming the land in search of villagers and players. With immense health, extremely high armor, and considerable strength, Gargoyles are exceptionally difficult to bring down. Their bodies are made entirely of stone, rendering them immune to arrows. But their sluggish movement leaves them vulnerable to Maces and Pickaxes, which deal significantly increased damage. Defeating a Gargoyle rewards you with a Stoneheart, a strange core of living stone that can be brewed with an Awkward Potion to create a Potion of Stonehide. Drinking it grants brief invulnerability—but leaves you completely unable to move while the effect lasts.

Hellhound
A common sight in the Nether Wastes, the Hellhound is a hostile mob inspired by the legendary hounds of Hell. Its black fur is marked by flames that burn across its body, giving it an ominous appearance even among the Nether’s many dangers. Hellhounds are immune to fire damage and usually travel in packs, making them especially dangerous when encountered in open terrain. However, those willing to face one may be able to tame it with some Blaze Rods, turning a creature of the Nether into a powerful companion. Defeating a Hellhound rewards the player with Coal, a fitting remnant of the burning beast.

Hellsteed
Not everything born of the Nether wants to kill you. Rarely found soaring through the Nether Wastes and Basalt Deltas, Hellsteeds are passive creatures inspired by the legendary horses of the underworld. Their horns and molten, lava-like bodies make them look like creatures forged directly from the Nether itself, yet they are naturally immune to fire and capable of flying at incredible speeds. Normally, a Hellsteed will flee from players—but a Runestone of Domination can turn that fear into fascination, causing the creature to approach its holder instead. Get close and right-click to mount one, then take to the skies and make the Nether your own.

Salamander
Deep within the Basalt Deltas, something else thrives among the flames. Salamanders are neutral creatures based on the legendary elemental beings associated with fire. They naturally despise Magma Cubes and will spit fiery projectiles at them from a distance, setting anything struck by their venomous spit ablaze. Although they cannot be tamed, Salamanders can be captured in a bucket, and carrying Nether Quartz will cause them to follow you. Their fiery nature also makes them a valuable source of Magma Cream when defeated.

Imp
Something small, red, and mischievous is flying through the Nether. Imps are hostile Nether creatures resembling the Allays, or Vexes summoned by Evokers. But their origins appear to be entirely different. These troublesome little demons soar through the Nether and hurl fireballs at anything they consider an enemy. Their bodies seem to be made partly from Nether Wart, which may explain both their unusual crimson glow and the valuable material left behind when they are defeated. They can be difficult to catch, but there is one major advantage to hunting them: Imps provide a renewable source of Nether Wart, allowing adventurers to obtain the essential brewing ingredient without having to find a rare Nether Fortress.
Banshee
A haunting presence that emerges from the darkness of the Overworld, the Banshee is an undead spirit inspired by the death faerie of Celtic mythology. Wearing a tattered dark dress, it does not attack its victims directly—instead, its chilling scream calls nearby mobs toward the disturbance, turning the surrounding area into chaos. Even more dangerously, the Banshee can possess almost any mob capable of attacking, including creatures that would normally be friendly to the player. An Iron Golem, for example, may suddenly become an enemy under its control, forcing players to fight creatures they once relied on for protection. When daylight arrives, the Banshee retreats beneath the ground and vanishes, leaving only the unsettling question of where it will emerge next night.

Chimera(Mini Boss)
A monster that refuses to be defeated by ordinary means. This fearsome mini-boss, inspired by the legendary beast of Greek mythology, can rarely be encountered within mysterious Chimera Lairs high in the mountains. With the body of a goat and the heads of a lion, goat, and serpent, the Chimera is an imposing sight—and an even more dangerous opponent. It possesses enormous health, breathes devastating fire from a distance, and is nearly invulnerable under normal circumstances. However, an ancient weakness remains: approach the beast and right-click it with an iron tool, iron block, or another iron-made item to temporarily disable its attacks and strip away its invulnerability. This is your chance to deal as much damage as possible before it regains its immunity. Slaying the Chimera rewards you with Chimera Fangs, and bringing one to a village and right-clicking it can even earn you the Hero of the Village effect. Perhaps the legends were true after all.

Sphinx(Mini Boss)
The Sphinx is a formidable mini-boss that can rarely be found within a mysterious Sphinx Shrine hidden in the desert. With the head of a woman, the body of a lion, and magnificent wings, it silently watches over its shrine, waiting for those foolish enough to approach. Any player who enters its domain is afflicted with Weakness and Mining Fatigue, making even the simplest actions increasingly difficult. No weapon, spell, or attack can harm the Sphinx—it is completely invulnerable. There is, however, one way to defeat it: accept its challenge and prove your wisdom. Rather than asking a traditional riddle, the Sphinx reveals five randomly selected Runes of Wisdom in a specific order and shape, then challenges the player to reproduce the sequence from memory. Answer correctly, and the Sphinx willingly gives up its life. Defeating one guarantees one of six types of Runes of Wisdom, along with Bottles o' Enchanting, said to contain a fraction of the wisdom accumulated by the ancient guardian. But where did the Sphinx learn these mysterious runes? According to an unsettling legend, strange beings with black bodies and glowing green eyes once visited the desert and taught the Sphinx the secrets of wisdom.
Mobs from Hidden Lores - Minecraft:Dungeons

Fungus Thrower / Zombified Fungus Thrower
Not every Piglin follows the rules. Found within the Warped and Crimson Forests, Fungus Throwers are hostile Piglin-like creatures that remain aggressive even toward players wearing gold armor. Rather than relying on ordinary weapons, they hurl strange Blue Nethershrooms at their enemies. When one of these fungal projectiles lands, nearby creatures are afflicted with Nethershroom Poison, a lingering effect that continuously drains their health. If you hear something growing in the Nether, it may already be too late.
Even the Nether's fungi cannot escape decay forever. A Fungus Thrower may become zombified after reaching the Overworld, while others can be found wandering naturally through the Nether Wastes. Unlike their living counterparts, Zombified Fungus Throwers are neutral and will leave players alone unless attacked. But don't mistake their passivity for weakness: striking one triggers the same terrifying response associated with Zombified Piglins, calling nearby Zombified Piglins into the fight. One careless attack can turn a quiet encounter into a Nether-wide brawl.

Geomancer
The earth itself becomes a weapon in the hands of a Geomancer. These Illagers appear at night across various Overworld biomes, wielding mysterious geomantic powers to reshape the battlefield. They can summon Geomancer Walls around their enemies, restricting movement and turning open terrain into a trap, or create Geomancer Bombs that linger before erupting in a devastating explosion. Defeating one may yield a Geomancy Bead, taken from the necklace worn by the Geomancer. Combine it with a Stoneheart and other materials to craft a Geomancy Wand, allowing you to harness a fraction of the very magic that made these Illagers so dangerous.

Enchanter
Behind every powerful enemy, there may be someone making them stronger. Found in the Dark Forest at night, Enchanters are Illagers dressed in extravagant robes and distinctive hats. Rather than fighting alone, they use their magic to empower up to two nearby mobs, turning otherwise ordinary creatures into much more dangerous opponents. Eliminating the Enchanter can reward you with an Enchanter's Tome, allowing you to wield the same mysterious power for yourself. In the right hands, a little enchantment can turn the tide of any battle.

Iceologer
The vote may have rejected them, but the cold never forgot. Appearing at night in extremely cold biomes, Iceologers are mysterious Illagers clad in blue hoods and cloaks, bringing a familiar face from Minecraft's past into the world once more. They attack by summoning massive Ice Chunks above their enemies and dropping them from the sky, stunning his enemies beneath it. Defeat an Iceologer to obtain Arcane Ice, which can be combined with Minecraft's existing Blue Ice to create an Ice Wand, granting access to the powers of the Iceologer—and even the mighty Ice Golem.

Illusioner
A forgotten Illager returns from the shadows. The Illusioner can be encountered within mysterious Illusioner Huts and Illusioner Traps in the Taiga, bringing the elusive spellcaster from Minecraft's unused roster into the world. True to its nature, the Illusioner specializes in deception and misdirection. Defeating one can yield Illusionary Dust, a single-use item that temporarily turns you invisible while summoning an Armor Stand in your place. Nearby mobs will focus their attention on the decoy, giving you a precious moment to escape, reposition, or strike from the shadows.

Wind Caller
Where the mountains rise, the wind answers. These strange Illagers appear at night in high-altitude regions, recognizable by their unusually tall hair and their ability to float through the air. Wind Callers manipulate the power of the wind to send enemies flying, either launching them high into the air or unleashing powerful gusts that deliver enormous knockback. Defeating one may grant an Updraft Tome, allowing players to command a fraction of the same aerial power. Just remember: gravity may be on your side, but the Wind Caller certainly isn't.

Necromancer
Death is not always the end. Rarely encountered at night throughout the Overworld, Necromancers are powerful undead spellcasters who command the dead rather than becoming part of them. They can summon hordes of Zombies to overwhelm their enemies while rapidly firing magical projectiles from a distance. Unlike ordinary undead, Necromancers do not burn in daylight, making them a threat long after the night has ended. If you encounter one, don't expect the sunrise to save you.

Wraith
A restless spirit that can be encountered across a surprisingly wide range of environments, from frozen biomes and deserts to the haunting Soul Sand Valleys of the Nether. Wraiths are sinister, blue-glowing undead beings that wield a strange power combining the biting cold of ice with the scorching heat of fire. They conjure an Ice Bouquet beneath their enemies, dealing damage with its unnatural elemental energy, but they are not easily cornered. When approached, a Wraith can suddenly teleport away, making it difficult to pin down and finish. Defeating one may reward you with an Ice Bouquet of your own—a mysterious remnant of the very power that made the Wraith so elusive.
Wither Skeleton Archer
The Nether Fortress is home to more than just the sword-wielding Wither Skeletons known to haunt its halls. Rarely, one can be found carrying a deadly Nether Bow instead, taking on the role of a sinister marksman. From a distance, these archers fire Black Arrows infused with the dark magic of the Nether. Anyone struck by one will be afflicted with the Wither effect, steadily losing health even after the arrow has found its mark. While their attacks are familiar to anyone who has faced a Wither Skeleton, their ability to weaken prey from afar makes them a particularly dangerous threat within the narrow corridors and bridges of a Nether Fortress.
Vanguard
Clad in heavy armor and armed with an Iron Glaive and Vanguard Shield, Vanguards are elite undead soldiers who serve the Necromancer and, ultimately, their master—the terrible Nameless One, whose staff was shattered long ago and whose power remains sealed. Unlike ordinary skeletons, Vanguards are trained to fight from behind their shields, using them to block incoming attacks while steadily advancing on their enemies. Their Iron Glaives also grant them a slightly greater melee reach than most other creatures, making it dangerous to simply keep your distance. Defeating a Vanguard may reward you with pieces of its Iron Armor or its Iron Glaive, while destroying its formidable Vanguard Shield can occasionally allow you to claim the shield for yourself.

Whisperer / Wavewhisperer
Deep within the jungles, something moves among the vines after dark. Once they were created under the influence of the Orb of Dominance in Minecraft: Dungeons, Whisperers have survived long after the Orb itself disappeared. Whatever connection they once had to The End is gone, but the strange magic of the Overworld now keeps them alive. Whisperers manipulate vegetation to overwhelm their enemies, summoning Entangle Vines beneath their feet, rapidly growing walls of Quick Growing Vines, or Poison-Quill Vines that fire poisonous projectiles from a distance. Defeating one can yield a Whispering Seed, which can be planted to temporarily summon an Entangle Vine of your own. The jungle may be quiet at night—but it is never truly empty.
The Whisperers of the jungle are not the only creatures capable of commanding living vegetation. In the warmer oceans, a mysterious relative known as the Wavewhisperer emerges after nightfall. These hostile creatures manipulate the plants beneath the waves, summoning Entangle Anemones to hinder their prey, rapidly growing walls of Quick Growing Kelp to trap them, and Poison Anemones that launch venomous projectiles from a distance. Defeating a Wavewhisperer may reward you with a Wave Seed, allowing you to summon an Entangle Anemone of your own for a short time. Where Whisperers rule the jungle's vines, Wavewhisperers appear to command the living flora of the sea.
Poison Quill Vine
Not every threat in the jungle walks on two or four legs. During the night, these sinister plants can emerge naturally from the jungle floor, lying dormant until a player or Iron Golem ventures too close. Once awakened, the Poison-Quill Vine reveals its hidden form and attacks its unsuspecting prey with poisonous projectiles. They can also be summoned by Whisperers, making an encounter with one of those creatures even more dangerous. Destroying a Poison-Quill Vine yields ordinary Vines, with a rare chance of dropping a Whispering Seed—a small trace of the strange magic that gives these plants their deadly nature.
Leapleaf
Something ancient still moves beneath the jungle canopy. Like the Whisperer, the Leapleaf is a remnant of the creatures once influenced by the Orb of Dominance, yet it continues to live even after the Orb's disappearance. With immense health and powerful attacks, a Leapleaf can already be a dangerous opponent at close range—but its signature attack makes it truly terrifying. From time to time, it beats its chest before launching itself high into the air and crashing down upon its target, delivering a devastating blow. Yet such power comes with a price: after landing, the Leapleaf becomes exhausted and spends a short time recovering, leaving it unusually vulnerable. This brief moment of rest may be your only safe opportunity to strike. Like other creatures made of living vegetation, Leapleaf is particularly susceptible to Axes, which deal additional damage to its plant-like body. Defeating one can yield an Exotic Petal, a rare ingredient used to craft Exotic Tea, a mysterious natural elixir capable of clearing all active potion effects.

Enderlings
The Enderlings are a group of strange creatures native to The End, consisting of the many-eyed Watchling, the sharpshooter Blastling, and the grotesque Snareling. Unlike Endermen and Ender Fae, they lack the advanced teleportation needed to travel between dimensions, leaving them confined to the desolate realm where they evolved. Watchlings move slowly and rely on melee attacks, but their numerous eyes allow them to see targets from great distances and teleport directly toward them. Blastlings attack from afar by rapidly firing explosive projectiles, while Snarelings launch sticky goop that immobilizes their enemies before rushing in for a close-range attack. All three Enderlings have a chance to teleport when damaged, making them unpredictable and difficult to defeat.
Guardian Vex
Some Vexes are not your enemy. By using a Vexing Tome, you can temporarily summon a peculiar ally: a tiny, pink, fairy-like creature armed with an absurdly heavy Mace. The Guardian Vex takes flight and automatically hunts nearby monsters, dealing heavy damage and knocking them back with every crushing strike. It will prioritize whichever enemy its summoner is attacking, making it a useful companion when surrounded by hostile creatures. But its assistance comes at a cost—the Guardian Vex is only a temporary manifestation, and after a certain amount of time, it begins to suffer continuous damage before eventually disappearing. Make the most of its brief presence, because this little guardian won't be around forever.

Drowned Necromancer(Mini Boss)
Beneath the waves, something has learned to command the drowned. This formidable mini-boss can be found within mysterious Drowned Necromancer Shrines, where a single Necromancer awaits its challengers. It can summon Drowned to fight alongside it, unleash rapid volleys of deadly Water Bolts, and surround itself with a devastating Trident Storm that sends eight tridents and lightnings crashing through the battlefield. Surviving the encounter is no small feat, but those who manage to defeat the Drowned Necromancer are guaranteed to obtain an Oceanic Upgrade plate—a treasure worthy of the depths from which it came.

Wildfire(Mini Boss)
Rarely found within special structures hidden throughout the Nether Wastes, the Wildfire is a powerful mini-boss surrounded by four floating shields. It attacks from a distance with burning projectiles and can unleash a devastating shockwave when enemies approach too closely. When threatened, it can even summon Blazes to reinforce the battle. The Wildfire itself cannot be harmed until all four shields have been destroyed, but the fight doesn't end there. It can recover its health within fire, rebuild its destroyed shields. And whenever a shield has been broken, it may ignite the ground beneath itself to create a source of healing. Only those who can control the battlefield and destroy its defenses before it recovers will claim the Wildfire Shard left behind by this formidable creature.

Cave Spider
...Well, this one got a new texture from Minecraft: Dungeons.
Mobs from Hidden Lores - Original

Ender Fae
Something has been watching the Overworld from the darkness. Ender Fae are small, swift, hostile creatures that commonly appear throughout the Overworld at night, recognizable by their dark bodies and glowing purple patterns. It is believed that Endermen created them as living scouts, sending them into the Overworld to observe a world that Endermen themselves could not safely investigate as efficiently. Their incredible speed and ability to fly make them difficult to catch, but hunting them can be surprisingly rewarding. Defeated Ender Fae leave behind Ender Pearl Fragments, and nine fragments can be combined to recreate the Ender Pearl that Endermen have carried for generations.

Wild Ravager
Before Ravagers became the terrifying war beasts of the Illagers, they were simply wild creatures roaming the Savanna. These neutral beasts possess enormous health and devastating strength, making even an untamed one a formidable opponent. Illagers discovered their potential long ago and began capturing Wild Ravagers, feeding them Iron Blocks until they could be tamed and trained for battle. Once tamed, a Saddle allows you to ride one into combat, and its immense strength can be unleashed through a powerful knockback attack that damages nearby monsters(by pressing G key). But earning its trust is no easy task: taming requires a considerable amount of Iron Blocks, and every failed attempt may provoke the Ravager into biting you for massive damage. Curiously, despite their fearsome reputation, wild Ravagers have one rather embarrassing weakness—they are terrified of Rabbits and will flee from them.

Ender Whelp / Nether Whelp
The Ender Dragon may not have been alone. Ender Whelps are hostile creatures found throughout The End, and their appearance has led many to believe that they are the offspring of the legendary Ender Dragon. Though smaller than their supposed mother, they are far from harmless. Ender Whelps can launch Ender Dragon Fireballs and exhale breath that deals magical damage to anything caught within it. Defeating one yields Ender Dragon Essence, a mysterious substance that can be combined with a Glass Bottle to produce the powerful Dragon's Breath. Perhaps these creatures are more than mere descendants—they may be another piece of the End's forgotten history.
Before the Ender Dragon ruled the skies, perhaps another dragon already ruled the Nether. Inspired by the long-forgotten Red Dragon concept from Minecraft's development, Nether Whelps are hostile dragon-like creatures that inhabit the Nether. Their striking resemblance to Ender Whelps raises an intriguing possibility: perhaps the dragons of the End were not born there at all, but were Nether dragons transformed by the strange power of the End. Slaying a Nether Whelp yields Nether Dragon Essence, a substance with no apparent use in the Nether. But bringing it to the End and right-clicking on it changes its nature. Yes, Nether Dragon Essence can be transformed into Ender Dragon Essence, hinting at a connection between the two dimensions that may go deeper than anyone expected.
Hatcher
The End has changed those who dared to study it. Found in large numbers within Dragon Laboratories and Whelp Hatcheries, Hatchers are the remnants of a massive Evoker expedition that ventured into The End in search of its mysterious power. Years of exposure have twisted both their bodies and minds, leaving their skin tinged with purple and their eyes glowing with an unnatural violet light. Nearly assimilated into the End itself, they have abandoned their former lives and become fanatical worshippers of the Ender Dragon, dedicating themselves to artificially breeding its young. Using End magic, Hatchers can teleport across the battlefield, create magical circles, and summon Whelp Eggs. These eggs must be destroyed quickly—leave one unattended for too long, and it will hatch into an Ender Whelp. Some say that the few Hatchers who still retain fragments of their magical knowledge may occasionally leave behind a Rune of Chaos when defeated.
Ender Dragoon
Among the remnants of the Evoker expedition, few have mastered the power of the End as completely as the Ender Dragoons. These heavily armored Illagers can be found alone within Dragon Laboratories and Dragoon Pillars, sometimes riding into battle atop a Large Ender Whelp. Draped in cloaks embroidered with the unmistakable shape of a dragon egg, they serve as commanders overseeing the Hatcher's relentless efforts to breed Ender Whelps. Unlike ordinary Hatchers, Ender Dragoons have learned to directly absorb the essence of the dragon, granting them the terrifying ability to exhale Dragon's Breath themselves. They can also create powerful magical circles and summon Whelp Eggs in large numbers. Defeating an Ender Dragoon guarantees a Rune of Chaos, a fragment of the power they mastered in The End. This rare rune can be refined into the Runestone of Chaos, opening a gateway to The End from other dimensions, or forged into the Rod of Chaos, allowing its wielder to harness the powers of the End's Shulkers and Ender Dragon.

The Infused
Somewhere between the Nether and the End lies a secret that should never have existed. The Infused are a group of creatures consisting of Infused Blazes, Infused Endermen, and Infused Ender Fae, found within the Warped Forest and the mysterious Infused Ender Region. According to one theory, Endermen deliberately transformed a section of the Nether into the Warped Forest and established an outpost there to capture Blazes. By implanting Ender Pearls directly into their bodies, they turned Blazes into living factories capable of combining Blaze Powder and Ender Pearls to produce Eyes of Ender. Some of that power was eventually infused into Endermen and Ender Fae, creating stronger and more advanced variants. All members of The Infused share an unusual ability to teleport when damaged. Infused Blazes fire Eyes of Ender that inflict magical damage, while Infused Endermen can use advanced teleportation techniques—even swapping places with their attackers. Defeat them to obtain Eyes of Ender, but beware: the creatures guarding this secret are not eager to let it be uncovered.

Houndmaster
Not every Illager wants a place within Illager society. Houndmasters are solitary hunters who have abandoned their communities in favor of a life in the wilderness, relentlessly hunting almost any animal unfortunate enough to cross their path. They attack with a deadly boomerang and can mysteriously summon hunting hounds to fight alongside them. Whether this ability is a form of magic or simply a skill no one else has managed to understand remains unknown. Defeating a Houndmaster can provide a surprisingly practical haul: a Boomerang, Bones for feeding dogs, a Campfire for survival, and even a few Apples to keep you going after the hunt.

Sorcerer
Some Illagers sought power beyond the borders of their own world, while others chose to look within it. Sorcerers are rare Illagers who appear at night, dressed in blue robes and pointed hats, and descended from a faction that broke away from the Evokers to study the mysterious forces already dwelling within the Overworld. Working alongside other researchers such as Geomancers and Enchanters, they follow the teachings of the legendary Grand Sorcerer from their secluded Sorcerer Towers. Sorcerers can summon three types of Enchanted Sheep, call lightning down upon their enemies, and even ride a bolt of lightning to teleport across the battlefield. Defeating one may rarely yield a Rune of Might, a fragment of the power they have spent their lives trying to understand.

Grand Sorcerer
At the top of the Sorcerers' hierarchy stands a figure who has spent a lifetime studying the magic of the Overworld. The Grand Sorcerer appears alone within each Sorcerer Tower, wearing ornate blue robes, a golden-trimmed pointed hat and cloak, and a long white beard. His golden eyes glow with unnatural power, while his weathered voice is said to sound as though it has passed through centuries of forbidden research. Once an Evoker himself, he abandoned their pursuit of otherworldly entities to investigate the magic inherent to the Overworld. His mastery far exceeds that of ordinary Sorcerers, allowing him to wield devastating versions of their spells. Defeating him guarantees a Rune of Might, a magical essence containing the power of the Overworld itself. It can be used to create the Runestone of Might, allowing you to return to your Overworld spawn point, or the Rod of Might, granting control over the power of lightning.

Ice Golem
What happens when the magic of an Iceologer is given a body? An Ice Golem can be created by stacking two pieces of Arcane Ice—obtained from defeated Iceologers—and placing a Carved Pumpkin or Jack o'Lantern on top, much like the construction of snow golems. Once awakened, it attacks hostile creatures with powerful Ice Bolts. The first three strikes deal relatively minor damage, but continued attacks cause the magic within the ice to intensify, eventually dealing heavy freezing damage while inflicting Frozen effect to the target. Yet even a creature born from ice has a weakness: Ice Golems continuously take damage in fire and the Nether. Their signature Ice Bolts can also be wielded by players through the Ice Wand, allowing the magic of the Iceologers to be turned against their enemies.

Witherling
A smaller shadow of something far more terrifying. Witherlings are undead creatures found within Soul Sand Valleys, bearing an unmistakable resemblance to the dreaded Wither. Though considerably smaller and weaker than the boss that inspired them, they retain one of its most dangerous abilities: launching Wither Skulls at their enemies. Their presence raises an unsettling question—are they naturally occurring creatures of the Soul Sand Valley, or are they somehow connected to the creation of the Wither itself? Either way, defeating one provides a valuable reward: a Wither Skull.

Ritualist
While Sorcerers study the powers of the Overworld, another faction of Illagers turned their eyes toward something far darker. Ritualists are rare Nether-dwelling Illagers dressed in black robes and hoods, corrupted by their obsession with the powers of the Nether. They worship Molek, a demonic entity believed to have vanished long ago, and are said to abduct villagers for their sinister rituals. Their large-scale ceremonies have even managed to manifest fragments of the Nether within the Overworld, creating the unnatural Summoned Nether biome. Through their connection to Molek, Ritualists can summon Imps and channel Nether energy into their own bodies, making them dangerous melee opponents. Whatever Molek truly is, the Ritualists are determined to bring it back.

Demonologist
If Ritualists are the followers, Demonologists are the scholars who taught them what to worship. Found within the Demonology Academy, these Illagers wear elaborate garments and capes marked with the symbol of the Wither, while their bodies hover unnaturally above the ground and their eyes burn red. Masters of demonic lore, they have spent years studying Molek and discovered how to manipulate both hellfire and soul energy. Their mastery allows them to summon Imps and Hellhounds, launch devastating fireballs, call forth Witherlings, and fire deadly Wither Skulls. Defeating a Demonologist guarantees a Rune of Destruction. The Rune can be combined with the skull to create a Wither Skull, or used to craft a Runestone of Destruction capable of summoning a Nether Portal anywhere and attracting Hellsteeds. Combine it with a Wildfire Shard and other materials to create the Rod of Destruction, allowing you to wield the same forbidden powers yourself.

Soul of the Sacrificed
Not every soul in the Nether belongs there willingly. These passive undead beings are the spirits of villagers sacrificed by the Ritualists, their souls trapped within the Nether and given physical form by the dimension's strange power. Haunted by the memories of their final moments, they distrust even the player and will desperately flee rather than fight. Yet there may still be a trace of kindness left within them. If you manage to catch and defeat one, its soul can finally be released from the Nether. As a final act of gratitude, it restores the health of the one who freed it and leaves behind an effect cloud that continuously heals those who remain nearby. Sometimes, the dead have more to give than the living.

Spawn of Molek(Boss)
Something ancient has answered the call. The Spawn of Molek is a physical manifestation of a fragment of the demonic entity worshipped by the Ritualists and Demonologists, a creature driven by an insatiable hunger for the souls of animals and villagers. It can be summoned by activating an Altar of Molek found within the Demonology Academy, hidden deep inside the Summoned Nether. With a staggering 666 health, the Spawn of Molek is a formidable boss capable of calling down meteors, summoning Ritualists for assistance, launching fireballs and Wither Skulls, and charging directly at its enemies. Defeating it rewards the victor with the permanent Idol of Molek, which is used to craft a mighty Rod of Molek. But whether the Idol is truly a trophy—or simply another way for Molek to influence the living—is another question entirely.

Cannot be crafted. Can only be obtained by breaking Vanguard Shield held by a Vanguard before it dies. Has more durability than a normal Shield.
Glaive(wooden/stone/iron/golden/diamond/netherite)
This weapon has a slightly long attack interval and deals high damage. Whenever you block melee attack with a shield while equipping a glaive, it will automatically deal weapon damage to enemy. So it is recommanded to equip both shield and glaive. You can upgrade a Diamond Glaive into a Netherite Glaive just like other tools. This can be enchanted with all Sword enchantments.

Mace(iron/golden/diamond/netherite)
This weapon has a very long attack interval and deals massive damage. It also has a longer knockback distance. Attacking with a mace has a small chance to pound an enemy, which deals more damage and breaks a shield if one was using it. To craft a Golden/Diamond Mace, you need to put an Iron ingot instead of a Stick. Each Mace made of different materials needs one material block(except for a Netherite Mace, which can be crafted in a Smithing Table). This can be enchanted with all Sword enchantments.

Melee Weapon Special Enchantments
Radiance(I-III): Whenever you attack with a Radiance enchanted weapon, there is 20 % chance to heal yourself and nearby allies(Golems, tamed mobs, Guardian Vexes... etc.). For level I, heal 2 HP. Level II - 3HP and level III - 4HP. Not compatible with Stunning.
Stunning(I-III): Whenever you attack with a Stunning enchanted weapon, there is a little chance to inflict Stunned effect to target for 5 seconds. For level I, 5 % chance. Level II - 10% and level III - 15%. Not compatible with Radiance.
Nether Bow
Can be crafted with two Wildfire Shard and a Wither Skull. This shoots a Black Arrow by consuming an Arrow. This cannot be enchanted with vanilla Bow enchantments. Instead, this one can be enchanted with several Nether Bow specific enchantments.

Nether Bow Enchantments
Conjuring(I): You conjure up Black Arrows directly from the nether. Now you don't need any Arrows to shoot Nether Bow. Not compatible with Mending.
Hellish Power(I-V): Similar to Power enchantment of normal Bow. Damage gradually increase as you charge your Nether Bow. Not compatible with Supercharge.
Supercharge(I-V): If your bow is max charged, damage and knockback of your Black Arrow is increased even greater than Hellish Power enchanted Nether Bow.
