adds 3 magic wands with crafting recepies and every wand has 2 abilities.

fire wand: it shoooots fireball on right click on air/entety and acts as flint and steel if on block
ice wand: turns every right clicked block in frosted ice that don't produce water. on air/entety is like minigun with snowballs
wither wand:like flint and steel but its 3x3 and shoots wither skull on air/entety

first number is major content add. curently will be 3 but in future maube....
second id minor bug fixes.

this mod had 61 version! i worked on it for a long time so i hope you will enjoy it!
